Cancellation Policy

ShineLuxe Auto Spa – Service Policy Sheet 1. Appointments & Scheduling • Appointments must be scheduled in advance. • Please arrive on time or have your vehicle available at the agreed time/location. • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. 3. Payments • Payment is due upon completion of service. • Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit/debit card, mobile payments. • A deposit may be required for premium services (ceramic coating, paint correction, etc.). 4. Customer Responsibilities • Please remove all personal belongings before your appointment. • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. • Inform us of any pre-existing damage, problem areas, or sensitive materials. 5. Service Limitations • Excessive pet hair, stains, or heavily soiled interiors may incur additional charges. • We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle poses health or safety risks. • Results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. 6. Liability Disclaimer • ShineLuxe Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damages, including scratches, dents, or paint imperfections. • While we take the utmost care, detailing is performed at the vehicle owner’s risk. 7. Property & Personal Safety • ShineLuxe Auto Spa is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while on our premises or in our gaming room/office area. • Any damages to company property caused by customers, guests, or their children will be the financial responsibility of the customer. 8. Weather Policy (Mobile Services) • Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather (rain, snow, extreme heat). • Customers will be notified in advance if weather conditions prevent service. 9. Satisfaction Guarantee • Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns.
